Esta es, con diferencia, la historia más compleja de los 3 Ninjas. Todo comienza un día normal, no más, en el que los tres hermanos se van con su vecina al parque de atracciones, a pasarlo bien.
Todo ello se trunca cuando Medusa entra en el parque encabezando un grupo de ninjas que ataca el parque. Quiere adueñarse del parque para pedir un rescate y para dar más fuerza a sus exigencias secuestra a una estrella de la tele que está allí en ese momento.
Los chicos ven lo que pasa y no se quedan de brazos cruzados. Deciden atacar a los ninjas con la finalidad de liberar a la estrella de la televisión y a toda la gente que está atrapada dentro del parque.
Medusa exige diez millones de dólares al dueño del parque, como rescate, pero no cuenta con que los chicos estén dentro dispuestos a todo para ayudar a la gente.
